Our commitment to Service Excellence runs deep in our Lee Rehab community.  In order to honor and celebrate all of the daily Service Excellence-oriented work our employees do, on February 27 our management team served milk and cookies to all employees working that day/time.  Laurie Hawkins baked these delicious cookies from an old family recipe.  The cookies were served warm and gooey with cold milk.  Each employee was thanked for their commitment to Service Excellence and offered cookies and milk.  The attached picture shows some of our managers preparing to serve our employees at their job locations.  We appreciate everything our employees do to make our residents and patients comfortable and well and we celebrate the “extras” they do to make them feel at home!
