Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that a staff member has tested positive for COVID-19. This individual will remain at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria is met. Outbreak testing will continue until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result. Visitation remains open and available for all patients.
