Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that 3 staff members have tested positive for COVID-19. These individuals will remain at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria is met.

As a reminder, cumulative positive cases are tracked and reported each week on the Center’s website. We will continue to report new positive results as they occur via email and text messages using the contact information that has been provided to the Center.
