Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that a patient has tested positive for COVID-19. Per the usual protocol, the patient has been relocated to the “hot unit”. We will continue outbreak testing every 3-7 days until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result.

I pleased to announce that Kathy Green, MSN, LNHA has now joined Lee Health & Rehab Center as Administrator. Kathy’s passion for caring for the elderly and her clinical and operational experience make her an ideal fit for the Center and the community. She looks forward to getting to know the patients, their families, and the Center staff in the coming weeks.

It has been my sincere pleasure to work alongside the leaders, staff and medical providers at Lee Health & Rehab Center over the past 7 weeks as Interim Administrator.
