Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that an additional staff member has tested positive for COVID-19. This individual will remain at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria has been met. We will continue outbreak testing until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result.

Visitation remains temporarily suspended.
