Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that a patient has tested positive for COVID-19. The patient has been relocated to a dedicated COVID-19 area in the Center and placed on transmission-based precautions.

We have initiated outbreak testing which will occur every 3-7 days for all patients and staff members until the Center is 14 days without a positive result. Visitation is unchanged at this time. Any patient who is on transmission-based precautions must-have virtual or window visitation.
