Employee Spotlight: Donna Cluesman, RN, MSN

On behalf of Lee Health & Rehab Center, we have the pleasure of introducing you to Donna Cluesman, RN, MSN, the facility Nursing Supervisor:

Our center would like to spotlight Donna Cluesman, RN, for all her dedication and hard work put into our center. Donna enjoys long term care because it exhibits a different type of environment for nursing care, one that allows her to form relationships with her patients and give comfort on a more personal basis.

She received her BSN at Radford University and Masters in Nurse Education from Walden University. Donna’s work experience of 35 years consists of Lee Regional Medical Center and Lee Health and Rehab Center. Not only has Donna been an excellent nurse and supervisor at her places of employment, but she holds instructor positions at Mountain Empire Community College, previously at King College, and is currently a Certified AHA Instructor.

Donna is very instrumental in assisting our center with training current and future staff. Donna has several co-workers who were once her students. The center is very blessed to have Donna because she wears many different hats as needed. She is always willing to help out in any situation.
