Dear Patients and Families:

I would like to share news of a leadership change at Lee Health & Rehab Center.  I have made the decision to transition to a new position outside of the center.  As with all decisions that I have made that impact this Center, this one was done after much prayer and thought.  My 13 years here in the roles of Director of Nursing and Administrator have been nothing but wonderful, and having the privilege of caring for your loved ones has been the highlight of my life thus far.  You have each made a tremendous impact on my life that will not be forgotten.  I have full trust that through this change, the care provided here will remain exceptional for our patients/residents and our staff will remain diligent in their efforts.

Effective January 13, 2021, Charles Rehnborg, LNHA, will be serving as Interim Administrator for the Center. He is looking forward to working more closely with each of you.
