The annual HealthCare Service Excellence Conference which recognizes and celebrates exceptional contributions to world class healthcare customer satisfaction was held in Las Vegas, Nevada during the week of February 3, 2014.

Lee Health and Rehab was proud to send our Director of Nursing, Tammie Yeary, to this conference as winner of the Pinnacle Award for Empowering Manager.

Tammie was awarded the Pinnacle Award for all the progress she made in 2013 in empowering her staff to embrace the culture of Service Excellence and world class healthcare standards.
