Dear Patients and Families:

A special church service will be held at Lee Health & Rehab Center on Sunday, May 9, 2021, in celebration of Mother’s Day. The event will begin at 2:00 pm, and our seating will accommodate 2 visitors, ages 12 and older, for each patient. To participate in this special service, we ask that you contact the Center’s business office by calling 276-546-4566 to RSVP by Thursday, May 6. Reservations are required.
