I hope everyone had a nice Father’s Day weekend.

In keeping with our commitment to continually expand visitation in a safe manner, I am pleased to announce that beginning June 28, 2021, appointments will no longer be required to visit your loved one at the Center. We ask that you visit between the hours of 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. There is no longer an age restriction on children visiting in the Center, but they must be able to comply with infection control requirements and remain inside the visitation area only. All visitors should visit their loved one only and should not move about the Center with the exception of directly walking to and from the visitation area.

Infection control protocols remain in place such as completing the screening process and the requirement for vaccinated visitors to wear masks in certain areas of the Center including when walking to and from the visitation area. Unvaccinated visitors must wear masks at all times while in the Center.

County Positivity Rate: Increased to 2.8%.
Testing Frequency for Staff and Patients: Unvaccinated staff are tested weekly based on the county positivity rate. Patients and staff may be tested as needed based on symptoms, exposure, or during an outbreak.
PPE: The supply remains adequate. Staff receive on-going education on appropriate PPE utilization.
Visitation: Virtual, window and scheduled indoor and outdoor visitation are all currently available at the Center.
